The Hotel Costa Canaria has been one of the first hotels on the Canary Islands which has adopted its policies, objectives and working-procedures towards the national and international Quality regulations.

The Quality system is based on the international regulation ISO 9001:2000 which is recognised world-wide and indicates the travel agencies, tour-operators, suppliers and as well to our guests, that there is a guarantee in quality as well as in service.

In September 1999 the Hotel Costa Canaria was the first Hotel on the Islands in being certified with the regulation ISO 9002. The auditor company was the prestigious company Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance in London.
